An official Health Canada notice concerns Pace - J s rv rental. On certain cargo trailers, the license plate lamp does not illuminate the license plate from the top or the sides as required by the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108- Lighting System and Retroreflective devices. Correction: Manufacturer will provide additional lamps & instructions to customer for them to install them or have them installed. Published 2013-01-21.
