An official Health Canada notice concerns Osmose bleaching agent recalled. The recalled product does not meet the labelling requirements and the child-resistant packaging requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling and child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of November 13, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. Published 2025-11-19.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Total Service customer service for more information. For more information, consumers can contact Total Fabrication by telephone at 1-866-593-7873, extension 2004, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. And 4:00 p.m., or by email at info@totalfabrication.ca. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
