An official Health Canada notice concerns Orbit baby. Certain infant car seats do not comply with the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations (RSSR). These infant car seats do not meet the dynamic testing requirements when used without the base. Also, labels affixed to the seat are not permanent. These issues could increase the risk of injury. Correction: The manufacturer supply an addendum to the instruction manual and provide two new stickers that will be affixed to the seat, informing consumers to only use the infant car seat with the base.
