An official Health Canada notice concerns Nova bus. Issue: On certain transit buses, a software problem could cause various lamps to flash instead of staying on constantly. As a result, the bus may not meet certain requirement of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Flashing lamps could distract or confuse other road users and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to update the vehicle software. Published 2024-02-16.
