An official Health Canada notice concerns Nova bus. On certain buses, the latching mechanism that holds the roof canopy in place may become out of adjustment and allow for the canopy to unlatch. If this were to occur, the canopy may separate from the vehicle, which could become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will add a self-locking latch and new structural brackets to the roof canopy. Published 2023-04-28.
