An official Health Canada notice concerns Nissan. Certain vehicles may have been manufactured without an immobilizer, and as a result may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 114 - Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention. The lack of an immobilizer could increase the risk of theft causing property damage. Correction - Dealers will replace the body control module and keys of affected vehicles. Published 2013-11-14.
