An official Health Canada notice concerns Navistar. On certain trucks, the sunshade (an exterior visor mounted above the windshield) may not have been fastened to the cab roof correctly during the manufacturing process. A sunshade separating from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, secure the sunshade mounts. Published 2013-07-11.

The hazard
