An official Health Canada notice concerns Multiquip. On certain tandem axle trailers, the wheel hubs may not have been welded correctly (during the manufacturing process) and could fail. This could lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the axle assemblies. Published 2011-10-19.
