An official Health Canada notice concerns Morgan olson. On certain walk-in delivery vans, the brake master cylinder fluid level indicator switch may have been installed incorrectly during vehicle assembly. As such, the driver may not get a warning if the brake fluid level is low. Loss of brake fluid could adversely affect brake system performance, increasing stopping distances, possibly causing a crash resulting in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the brake fluid level indicator switch. Published 2013-10-22.
