An official Health Canada notice concerns Monoject syringe luer-lock tip. Specific lots of Cardinal Health Monoject™ luer-lock tip syringes (6 and 35 ml) have demonstrated recognition and compatibility issues with certain syringe infusion pumps. As a result, Cardinal Health recommends that they not be used with syringe infusion pumps. This product correction is lot specific and other product codes, including Covidien branded product, are not impacted. Recall Start Date: September 22, 2023 Published 2023-09-29.
