An official Health Canada notice concerns Mitsubishi fuso. Issue: A small number of trucks may have been built with rear leaf spring assemblies that could break. If a leaf spring breaks, a piece of the broken spring could detach from the truck while driving. Safety Risk: A leaf spring that detaches from the truck could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mitsubishi Fuso will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the rear leaf springs. Published 2025-01-15.
