The component that connects the recalled lights to the ceiling mount can weaken, allowing the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a potential risk of injury from impact. As of June 11, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injury in Canada. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Minka Lighting to schedule a free inspection and an on-site repair to replace the connection component.
