An official Health Canada notice concerns MINI - Bmw. Certain vehicles may not comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The compliance label may bear incorrect (lower than actual) rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) information. Also the Tire and Loading Information label may bear an incorrect (lower than actual) maximum capacity weight. Correction: Dealers will apply revised labels. Published 2019-11-01.
