An official Health Canada notice concerns Mercedes-benz. Issue: On certain vehicles, the roof frame panel above the windshield may not be attached properly. Over time, the panel could become loose and separate from the vehicle. Safety Risk: A roof panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been delivered to owners. Mercedes-Benz will instruct dealers to add adhesive to the roof frame panel above the windshield before each vehicle is delivered. Published 2022-10-12.
