Risk not stated by sourceHealth Canada

An official Health Canada notice concerns Mercedes-benz. Certain plug-in hybrid vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. The tire pressure certification label on the B-pillar incorrectly states seating capacity figures and tire dimensions on front and rear axles, and therefore fails to comply with requirements of the standard. In the event the incorrect tires were installed on the vehicle, the vehicle's speed calibration would be incorrect. Correction: Dealers will inspect the tire pressure certification label on the B-pillar, and replace it if necessary. Published 2018-02-17.
