An official Health Canada notice concerns Mcneilus - Oshkosh corporation. Issue: On certain garbage trucks, the welds for the ejector could fail. If this happens, the hydraulic cylinder could go through the side of the truck body. Safety Risk: A hydraulic cylinder that goes through the side of the truck body could create a risk of injury to people near the truck.
