High riskHealth Canada

An official Health Canada notice concerns Land rover. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the adhesive for a body panel may not have been applied properly during production. As a result, the panel may not be attached properly. In the event of a crash, it could reduce the vehicle's body strength and cause the fuel system to be damaged and create a fuel leak. Safety Risk: A vehicle structure that isn't strong enough could increase the risk of injuries in a crash. A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, install rivets and additional sealant to the panel.
