An official Health Canada notice concerns Kz RV - Kz recreational vehicles. On certain motorhomes, the HSM Quad Steps rivets that hold the steps together may loosen and fail. If the rivets fail the steps could collapse causing a person to fall resulting in injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the rivets with shoulder bolts. Published 2021-09-01.
