An official Health Canada notice concerns Keystone. Issue: On certain RV trailers, the propane cylinder holder may not have been welded properly. As a result, the holder could fail, and the propane cylinder could detach. Safety Risk: A propane cylinder that detaches could create the risk of a fire or explosion. Additionally, a propane cylinder that detaches from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the propane cylinder holder.
