An official Health Canada notice concerns Keystone. Issue: On certain RV trailers, the foot pad for the hydraulic leveling jack may become loose and detach from the vehicle while towing. Safety Risk: A foot pad that detaches from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. The hazard
