An official Health Canada notice concerns Kenworth - Paccar. Certain trucks fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 – Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. Specifically, the fog lamps can be activated with the high beam headlamps; the daytime running lamps are not deactivated when the headlamp control is switched to the ON position, and; the high beam headlamps can be activated while the daytime running lamps are illuminated. Correction: Dealers will install a jumper wiring harness between the chassis harness and the power distribution center. Published 2013-01-21.
