An official Health Canada notice concerns Jaguar. On certain vehicles, a programming feature which limits vehicle speed in the event of a deployable rear spoiler fault may not function as intended. This could allow the vehicle to be operated at higher speeds without the spoiler being in the deployed position, which could affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
