An official Health Canada notice concerns Itasca - Winnebago industries. On certain motorhomes, the entrance door deadbolt retaining plate may not have been tightened properly. This could allow the deadbolt to disconnect and extend beyond the door lock assembly making the door inoperable. In the event of an accident or a fire, the occupants of the vehicle could be trapped inside increasing the risk of injury.
