An official Health Canada notice concerns Isuzu. On certain vehicles, an electrical contact within the horn contact shaft may bend or wear prematurely, causing the horn to become inoperable. An inoperable horn may not be available in an emergency, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the horn contact shaft and lubricate and/or repair as necessary. Published 2014-04-24.
