An official Health Canada notice concerns Harley-davidson - Fred deeley. Certain motorcycles may fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. These motorcycles may have been built without a rear reflector assembly which could reduce conspicuity, increasing the risk of crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction : Dealers will install a rear reflector assembly. Published 2015-04-27.
