An official Health Canada notice concerns Harley-davidson. Issue: On certain motorcycles, the handlebar may not have been properly welded. As a result, the inner and outer sections of the handlebar could separate and cause a loss of steering control. Safety Risk: A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the handlebar. Published 2023-05-02.
