An official Health Canada notice concerns Grand design rv. Issue: On certain RV trailers, the fasteners securing the cooling unit to the refrigerator may be loose or missing. As a result, the cooling unit could move and cause the propane line to crack and leak. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-302. Safety Risk: A propane gas leak can create the risk of a fire or an explosion. Corrective Actions: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, as necessary, repair or replace the refrigerator and propane line.
