What to do now
Dealers will inspect the Signal-detect and Activation Module (SAM) Chassis for evidence of corrosion and proper drip loop wire routing, and SAM Chassis damaged by corrosion will be replaced. A drip shield will be mounted inside the cab over the SAM chassis if not previously installed.
