An official Health Canada notice concerns Forest river. Certain travel trailers built with 5 lug axles may have been equipped with certification labels bearing incorrect information. The labels may indicate a Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) of 1196 KG (4400 pounds) instead of 1950.5 KG (4300 pounds), and tire size and pressure as ST225/75R15/D and 448 KPA (65 PSI), instead of ST225/75R15/C and 345 KPA (50 PSI). This could lead to overloading and/or tire failure which, in turn, could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury.
