An official Health Canada notice concerns Ford. Issue: On certain vehicles, the spring that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes. Safety Risk: A loss of brakes can create the risk of a crash.
