An official Health Canada notice concerns Fleetwood. On certain vehicles equipped with Cummins ISC engines, the engine cooling fan may fail and break apart. If this occurs while the hood is open, a person in the vicinity of the engine could be struck by the blade and injured. Correction: Dealers will replace the radiator fan and install a stiffener disc.
