An official Health Canada notice concerns Expanded recall: mtb hybrid gen4 pro crank arm recalled. The crank arms may be loose and detach from the bottom bracket resulting in a fall hazard. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled crank arms and visit their Cube dealer to have their crank arm inspected and to have the crank bolts replaced. By telephone at 1-888-997-2885 Ext. “0”, Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm EST and by email at customerservice@eucan.bike or visit the company website. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
