Safety risk: a child seat that doesn't meet the requirements of the canadian regulations could increase the risk of injury to nearby occupants in a crash. Corrective actions: evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a replacement seat. Evenflo advises that you may continue to use the seat you should contact evenflo to obtain a free replacement seat, which the company will provide once it's available.
