An official Health Canada notice concerns E-one - Emergency one. Issue: On a small number of fire trucks, certain sensors on the aerial device may not work properly. Under certain conditions, this could allow lowering of the aerial device when it should not be lowered. As a result, the truck could tip on its side. Safety Risk: A truck that tips over can create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: E-ONE will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions to either replace the sensors or provide a software update for the existing sensors. Published 2023-05-18.
