As a result, the cushion could detach and hit an occupant in a crash. Safety Risk: An equipment support cushion that hits an occupant could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Demers advises that, when possible, you should avoid installing equipment on the cushion until the recall repairs have been completed.
