Young children may pull looped cords around their neck, or become entangled in the cords, causing a strangulation hazard and even death. Health Canada recommends cordless window coverings. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact RFML Import Export Ltée to obtain a repair kit. For more information, consumers can contact RMFL Import Export Ltée by telephone at 1-877-441-5169 and request the service department, Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm (EST), or by email at info@rmfl.ca. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
