An official Health Canada notice concerns Crestline. Issue: On certain FleetMax 2.0 ambulances, a problem with fuses in the electrical system could cause the fuses, the fuse holder and wiring to overheat and melt. Safety Risk: A fuse, fuse holder or wiring that overheats and melts could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Crestline will notify owners by mail and provide parts and instructions for replacing the fuses with circuit breakers. To reduce the safety risk, Crestline recommends that you should inspect the HVAC blower fan fuse and (if applicable) the blanket heater fuse for heat damage.
