An official Health Canada notice concerns Coachmen - Forest river. Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the rear lower control arm mounting bracket(s) could fail. If this happens, the rear axle could separate from the vehicle and cause a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, an axle that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
