An official Health Canada notice concerns Charlotte foot and ankle system - mtp hex screws, non-sterile. Through internal investigations and product complaints, Stryker has become aware that two specific lots of the Charlotte Foot And Ankle System MTP HEX screws contain the incorrect product in the package. Wright Medical, the manufacturer of the Charlotte screws has initiated a product field action/recall. Wright Medical is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Stryker corporation.
