Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return to Mountain Equipment Company (MEC) for a full refund. For more information, consumers can contact MEC Customer Care by telephone toll-free at 1-888-847-0770 (ask for Returns), Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. PST, and Saturday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. To 4:00 p.m. PST, by email at info@mec.ca, or visit the company website. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
