An official Health Canada notice concerns Canada wide childrens gear - 5514km. Certain booster seats may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213.2 - Booster Seats. Specifically, certain labels on the affected booster seats and certain sections in the instruction manual indicate a minimum height of 40 inches (102 cm), while others indicate a minimum height of 42 inches (107 cm). In addition, there are some translation errors between the English and French manuals. Correction: 5514 KM Corporation will contact all registered owners with instructions on how to obtain the corrected labels and manuals.
