An official Health Canada notice concerns Bentley. Issue: on a small number of vehicles, the front axle shaft(s) may be too short. As a result, the nut that secures the front axle hub could become loose. If this happens, the steering wheel could become off-center and cause a loss of steering control. Safety risk: a loss of steering control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: bentley will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the front axle shafts. Published 2026-06-03.
