An official Health Canada notice concerns Autocar. On certain vehicles built with dual-drive configurations, the right-hand driving position brake plunger may stick in its bore or otherwise not function properly due to improper application of lubricant during assembly. This could result in brakes sticking, brake drag, or otherwise impair brake function, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: The brake plunger will be replaced and lubricated with lithium-based grease. Published 2017-07-27.

The hazard
