What to do now
Consumers should immediately disconnect the ballast from the power supply. Check the part number on the left side of the ballast. If the part number is WU-ES7, consumers should contact Puretec on sales@puretecgroup.com or by phone on 1300 140 140 to arrange a replacement ballast for the UV system.
