All affected customers (who have not already replaced or destroyed their cots), regardless of whether they have previously accepted replacement parts, should: • stop using the cot immediately • not re-gift or sell any used cots • contact New Aim to arrange for their cots to be collected and destroyed (at New Aim's expense) and a full-refund.
