An official ACCC notice concerns Wheel Trim for Monaro GTS. If the valve stems are cut, there could be a loss of air in the tyre tube, resulting in a flat tyre. Published 2012-10-22.
What to do now
Affected consumers should contact RSP to arrange for the return of their wheel trim for a replacement set. The recall affects only wheel trims purchased from 4 January 2008 to 18 October 2011. Wheel trims purchased from March 2012 are not affected.
