What to do now
Do not shake the pack. Hold the pack away and remove the plastic cap to check the batch number. The batch number C3431112 is printed on top of the pack on the outside rim, beneath the removable plastic cap. If the batch number is confirmed to be the affected batch, isolate the pack in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If the batch number is not readable then follow the same procedure and contact Valspar, giving your contact details, to arrange for collection and to receive a refund.
