An official ACCC notice concerns Troll Mattress for Nicole, Sun and Lukas Cots. Gaps between the mattress and cot that are greater than 4cm can cause a risk of entrapment. Published 2018-02-04.
What to do now
Consumers with a Troll Nicole, Sun, or Lukas cot with mattress should stop using the cot and mattress until they have checked the size of the mattress, following the attached instructions. The only equipment required is a tape measure. If the gap between the cot and the mattress is less than 4cm, the product is compliant and is NOT recalled and you can continue to use it. If the gap is greater than 4cm please contact Danish by Design, emailing photographs and information as described in the attached set of instructions. A replacement mattress will be sent to affected owners.
