Consumers should stop using the product immediately. A replacement unit is in the process of being tested and certified to meet newly established safety requirements. AHM Ltd is the manufacturer of this OZtrail product and is handling the processing of this recall on behalf of Oztrail. Consumers can register to receive a replacement cooker from AHM by sending an email to enquiries@ahm.co.nz or they can contact AHM Australia to discuss an alternative solution. For further information, please send an email to AHM or call on 07 3208 1233. Concerned customers can arrange for the return of their OZ2160 model stove to AHM for a free safety check regardless of the batch or manufacture date. Contact AHM for details about this process.
