Consumers should contact their retailer or Jinko Solar Australia on bess_au@jinkosolar.com or by phone on 1300 326 182 to arrange for the permanent securement of the EPS plug so that it cannot be removed without a tool. A warning label will be affixed to the plug advising of the dangers of live parts if removed.
